Cancelling Your VIP Membership

You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time, either by emailing us or using the cancel form above.

To request cancellation via email, please contact support@cuddlrplushs.com and state that you wish to cancel your membership. We ask that you send your request from the email address associated with your account so that we can locate it promptly.

Once we receive your request, your membership will be cancelled within 48 hours. You will then receive a confirmation email verifying that your cancellation is complete and that no further charges will be applied. If you do not receive this confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us again and we will resolve the matter promptly.
